product bulletins and some free enhancements on this web
site. You do not require a software support agreement to
take advantage of these web offerings. For telephone
support you must be in a trial period, 3 months post-purchase, or
have an up to date software support agreement.
Software support
agreements are annual subscriptions which entitle you to free
telephone support and program updates. If you have
Symantec's PCAnywhere software, version 7.0 or higher and a
modem, our technical staff can connect to your computer to assist
you online. If you don't have, but are interested in a
software support agreement, you can contact an ACSL

more information.
